Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MythicStudios mini application operated by IGNITE GAMES PTY LTD within TikTok. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable TikTok terms and policies.

1. The service

MythicStudios provides short-form episodic entertainment. Availability, titles, episodes, features and release schedules may change over time.

2. Advertising and episode access

Some episodes may be unlocked after you choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement to completion. Closing an advertisement early, an error or unavailable ad inventory does not grant access. An unlock applies only to the episode identified at the time of the request.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, automate access to or attempt to bypass the service, advertisements or access controls.

4. Intellectual property

The service, stories, artwork, audiovisual material, branding and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and its partners. No ownership is transferred to you.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal, licensing, maintenance or product reasons. The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

6. Enforcement

Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements or violations of these Terms.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The app also provides an in-product control to permanently delete the current user's app data.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
